CHAPTER MANAGEMENT TEAM
Our lovely executive board named CMT (Chapter Management Team) is elected each fall for one calendar year term. Every position handles very different aspects of Delta Gamma here at Cal Poly. There are JCMT director (Joint Chapter Management Team) positions that support our CMT with special objectives pertaining to each position. All of these roles have the incredible opportunity to bring their ideas for our chapter to life!
Zoe Mears
CHAPTER PRESIDENT
Zoe Mears is our Chapter President for Theta Alpha chapter of Delta Gamma. Zoe oversees operations within the chapter, leads chapter and executive meetings, and is the liaison between Cal Poly and Delta Gamma Executive Offices.
Outside of Delta Gamma, Zoe is a third year Environmental Management and Protection major with a concentration in Environmental Justice, Policy, and Law. She is also pursuing a minor in Water Science with a concentration in Watershed Management. Along with Presidency, Zoe enjoys spending time with her sisters, camping, being outdoors, shopping, crafting, and dancing–particularly classical ballet! Being at Cal Poly has been such a fantastic experience, but joining Delta Gamma specifically has given her the opportunity to enhance that experience by building meaningful relationships and truly involving herself in the community!

Jasmine Gatus
VP: SOCIAL STANDARDS
Jasmine Gatus is our VP Social Standards and chair of Standards Board.
She connects members with leadership, oversees special and social events, creates a culture of support, and ensures accountability, organization, and care within the chapter. She also makes sure members uphold bylaws and represent our chapter the way our founders intended.
Outside of DG, Jasmine is a third year Business major concentrating in Marketing, with a minor in Science Communications. She is from San Francisco, California, and works at construction management and the Cal Poly Recreation Center as the Facility Supervisor. She is also a dancer and performs throughout the year with various Cal Poly performing arts programs. In her free time, she loves sitting around the fire with friends, watching the sunrise, and cooking with the people she loves!

Maddy Rendez
VP: FINANCE
Maddy Rendez is our VP Finance, overseeing all financial matters and maintaining the chapter budget. She is also in charge of managing chapter dues and fees and acts as a resource to our sisters for all financial needs.
Maddy is a third year Agricultural Business major, member of Cal Poly Women in Business, and she enjoys applying her skills to real world situations! She enjoys going to the beach, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

Emily Duong
VP: COMMUNICATIONS
Emily Duong is our VP Communications and she is a third year student from Folsom, California. She is an Environmental Management and Protection major with a minor in Geographic Information Systems and a concentration in Conservation Science.
She joined Delta Gamma in Fall 2023, and has served previously as our Director of Newsletters. As VP Communications, she handles attendance, our weekly Anchorline newsletter, composites, and the Bylaws and Standing Rules of our chapter. Outside of our chapter, Emily’s favorite things to do include reading, baking, exercising, being outside, and doing anything anywhere with friends!

Sofia Papais
VP: PROGRAMMING
Sofia Papais serves as our VP Programming! In her role, Sofia overlooks all sisterhoods, senior programming events, our DEI initiatives, DG dialogues, and alumni relations. Moreover, she is also responsible for our chapter calendar planning and chapter retreats. Sofia is so grateful to be on the executive board with such an amazing group of women!
Outside of Delta Gamma, Sofia is a third year Liberal Studies major with a Child Development minor, and she's from Sacramento, CA. She is a Head Teacher in the Infant Program at Little Sprouts Daycare here in SLO, and she loves being around kids! During her free time Sofia enjoys going to the beach to tan, going to coffee shops with friends, and shopping. DG has given her amazing leadership experience along with lifelong friendships and memories!

Savannah Stefani
VP: MEMBER EDUCATION
Savannah Stefani is our VP Member Education! In her role, Savannah leads all initiatives related to new members, scholarship, and rituals. This includes planning events such as bid day, assisting in running new member retreats, supporting new members in new member pursuit, and upholding chapter traditions and bonds through rituals.
Outside of Delta Gamma, Savannah is a Child Development major from Newport Beach, California. She loves going to the beach, baking sourdough, and going on walks in her free time!

Liza Manninen
VP: MEMBERSHIP
Liza Manninen serves as our VP Membership! This means that she is in charge of all recruitment efforts and executes the chapter's formal and informal recruitment activities. She works closely with all her amazing directors and is so grateful to be alongside the incredible women on the executive board.
Outside of Delta Gamma, Liza is a third year Biological Sciences major from Ventura, CA. She works as a medical assistant at a local clinic in San Luis Obispo. For fun, Liza loves going to the beach, hiking and spending time with friends and family.

Bianca Conroy
VP: PANHELLENIC
Bianca Conroy serves as our VP Panhellenic, acting as the primary liaison between our chapter and the Panhellenic Council! In this role, she oversees all external relations within the Fraternity and Sorority Life (FSL) community, attends weekly Panhellenic meetings, and coordinates our chapter’s involvement in other organizations’ philanthropic events.
Outside of Delta Gamma, Bianca is a third year Civil Engineering major with a minor in Heavy Civil. Aside from school, Bianca is also a part of Cal Poly Scholars, works for the Wine and Viticulture Department, and participates in Intramural Sports. In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach, exploring new places, and meeting new people! She is extremely honored for the opportunity to work with an amazing group of women and help Delta Gamma grow through her position!

Olivia Gay
VP: FOUNDATION
Olivia Gay is our VP Foundation! In this position, she oversees and directs our Philanthropy, fundraising, and service events as well as coordinates with the Delta Gamma Foundation supporting Service for Sight. Olivia is in charge of all things doing good including putting on bigger philanthropy events for the community, smaller volunteer opportunities for the Chapter, and raising money to support our mission.
Outside of DG, Olivia is from Walnut Creek, California and is a third year Nutrition major with a minor in Child Development. She is interested in pursuing a career in nursing, and she works at a local daycare with infants and toddlers. In her free time, Olivia enjoys spending time with friends, traveling, taking hot yoga classes, and going on long neighborhood walks!
