CHAPTER MANAGEMENT TEAM 

Our lovely executive board named CMT (Chapter Management Team) is elected each fall for one calendar year term. Every position handles very different aspects of Delta Gamma here at Cal Poly. There are JCMT director (Joint Chapter Management Team) positions that support our CMT with special objectives pertaining to each position. All of these roles have the incredible opportunity to bring their ideas for our chapter to life!

Regan Maasdam

CHAPTER PRESIDENT

Regan Maasdam is our Chapter President for Theta Alpha chapter of Delta Gamma. Regan oversees operations within the chapter, lead chapter and executive meetings, and is the liaison between Cal Poly and Delta Gamma Nationals.

 

Outside of Delta Gamma, Regan is a fourth year Business Administration major concentrating in Marketing and pursuing a minor in Event Planning and Experience Management. Along with Presidency, Regan enjoys spending time with her sisters, baking, painting, and doing absolutely anything crafty! Being at Cal Poly and a member of Delta Gamma have been great communities that have allowed her to strive to achieve her academic and professional goals.

Adi Netanel

VP: SOCIAL STANDARDS

Adi Netanel is our VP Social Standards and is majoring in Biological Sciences and minoring in Bioinformatics! As presiding officer of Honor Board, she connects members with leadership, supports chapter events, and ensures accountability, organization, and care within the chapter.

 

Outside of DG, Adi is a member of the Chik Lab, the former co-president of the Israeli Club, and is very involved in Jewish life on campus. In her free time, she enjoys working out and spending time with friends. Her favorite thing about Delta Gamma is the incredible friendships she has made and the opportunities it has given her to grow as a leader.

Ella Tupper

VP: FINANCE

Ella Tupper is our VP: finance, overseeing all financial matters and maintaining the chapter budget. She is also in charge of managing chapter dues and fees and acts as a resource to our sisters for all financial needs.

 

Outside of Delta Gamma, she is a fourth-year Business Administration student concentrating in Accounting. She enjoys putting her skills to use and is a member of Cal Poly Accounting Club!

Gabby Lu

VP: COMMUNICATIONS

Our VP Communications is Gabby Lu! She is a fourth year Business Administration major with a concentration in Marketing from San Diego, CA! Gabby joined Delta Gamma in the fall of 2022, and has previously served as our Director of Public Relations. Her role as VP: Communications is to take attendance at events, send out our weekly newsletter, and serve as a member on our chapter management team. Her favorite part about being in this role is that she feels like she can get to know everyone better and help people out when she can. She also handles a lot of communication behind the scenes.

 

Outside of DG, she loves to travel, spend time with friends and family, go to the beach, attend concerts, and be active!

Marisa Sears

VP: PROGRAMMING

Marisa Sears serves as our VP Programming! In her role, Marisa overlooks all sisterhoods, senior programming events, our DEI initiatives, DG dialogues, and alumni relations. Moreover, she is also responsible for our chapter calendar planning and chapter retreats. Marisa is so grateful to be on the executive board with such an amazing group of women!

Outside of Delta Gamma, Marisa is a fourth-year Biological Sciences major from Humboldt County, CA. During her free time Marisa enjoys going to the beach to surf, grabbing coffee with friends, and reading. DG has given her amazing leadership experience along with lifelong friendships and memories!

Alex Sullivan

VP: MEMBER EDUCATION

Alex Sullivan is our VP Member Education! In her role, Alex leads all initiatives related to new members, scholarship, and rituals. This includes planning events such as bid day, assisting in running new member retreats, supporting new members in new member pursuit, and upholding chapter traditions and bonds through rituals. 

Outside of Delta Gamma, Alex is a 4th-year Statistics major with a Data Science minor. She enjoys contributing to other organizations on campus including being a member of Cal Poly Statistics Club. Alex is also involved in dance and has done the Cal Poly Spring Dance Concert, a student choreographed dance concert, for the past three years.

Kaia Verhoeven

VP: MEMBERSHIP

Kaia Verhoeven serves as our VP Membership! This means that she is in charge of all recruitment efforts and executes the chapter's formal and informal recruitment activities. She enjoys working closely with all her amazing directors and incredible women on the executive board.

 

Outside of Delta Gamma, Kaia is a fourth-year Animal Science major from San Jose, CA. Aside from school, she works as a Veterinary Assistant in Pismo! Kaia loves to spend time with friends, work out, and go to the beach.

Allie Kelly

VP: PANHELLENIC

Allie Kelly serves as our VP Panhellenic, acting as the primary liaison between our chapter and the Panhellenic Council! In this role, she oversees all external relations within the Fraternity and Sorority Life (FSL) community, attends weekly Panhellenic meetings, and coordinates our chapter’s involvement in other organizations’ philanthropic events.

 

Outside of Delta Gamma, Allie is a 4th-year Liberal Studies major with a strong focus on education. She actively collaborates with faculty on research projects related to math and science education, reflecting her passion for academic growth and community impact.

Alli White

VP: FOUNDATION

Alli White is our VP Foundation! In this position, she oversees and directs our Philanthropy, fundraising, and service events as well as coordinate with the Delta Gamma Foundation supporting Service for Sight. Alli is in charge of all things doing good including putting on bigger philanthropy events for the community, smaller volunteer opportunities for the Chapter, and raising money to support our mission.

 

Outside of DG, Alli is a fourth year Civil Engineering major with minors in Construction Management, Heavy Civil, and Equine Science. With all she is doing, Alli enjoys horseback riding, going on runs, and going to the beach during her free time! She is extremely honored for the opportunity to work with an amazing group of women and help Delta Gamma grow through her position!
