CHAPTER MANAGEMENT TEAM
Our lovely executive board we call CMT (Chapter Management Team) is elected each fall for one calendar year term. Every position handles very different aspects of Delta Gamma here at Cal Poly. There are JCMT (Joint Chapter Management Team) positions that support our CMT with special objectives pertaining to each position. All of these positions have the incredible opportunity to bring their ideas for our chapter to life!


Nicole Mattos
CHAPTER PRESIDENT
Nicole is our Chapter President, overseeing everything that goes on in the chapter while making sure things are running smoothly. Nicole is a Business Administration major concentrating in Marketing Management, also serving as student mentor within the Marketing Department at Cal Poly. In her free time she enjoys spending time with friends, grabbing coffee, and hanging out at the beach. Nicole’s favorite thing about DG is being apart of a community that is lifelong, and cherishing the bonds she has created and continues to create with her sisters both in SLO and across the nation.

Michelle Parsons
VP: SOCIAL STANDARDS
Mish is our vp: social standards, overseeing risk management as well as our social events and formals. She is a philosophy major with a minor in linguistics. In her free time she enjoys experimenting in the kitchen, documenting her culinary journey on instagram, hunting for vintage clothes, and posting film reviews on letterboxd. Her favorite thing about DG is how it’s given her the space and support system to grow as a person and develop into a confident woman.

Kaeley Stelling
VP: FINANCE
Kaeley is our vp: finance, overseeing all financial matters and maintaining the chapter budget. Kaeley is an Economics major concentrating in Accounting, as well as apart of the Cal Poly Low Income Taxpayer Clinic. In her free time, her favorite thing to do is sing and dance in her kitchen while baking. Kaeley’s favorite thing about DG is it’s people, these amazing ladies have transformed her life for the better.

Olivia Hanley
VP: COMMUNICATIONS
Olivia is our vp: communications, overseeing all social media and PR efforts while also maintaining records for the chapter. She is an Animal Science major with a concentration in pre-veterinary medicine, a member of the University Honors Program and an undergraduate research assistant for the Animal Science Department. In her free time, Olivia loves to watch lots of television shows and movies, go to the beach, and spend time with her friends, family, and pets. Her favorite thing about DG is the people that she has met and connections she has made that will last her a lifetime.

Jackie Pickel
VP: PROGRAMMING
Jackie is our vp: programming, in which she is in charge of planning the chapter calendar, annual chapter retreat, facilitating the Article II assessment, along with overseeing all DG bonding events including sisterhoods, alumnae relations, and senior programming. She also oversees chapter diversity, equity, and inclusion. She is a Nutrition major concentrating in Nutrition Science following the pre-health track. In her free time, Jackie loves to run, go to the gym, thrift, listen to music, and enjoy the outdoors whenever she can. Her favorite thing about DG is the opportunities it has given her to grow as a leader and as a person overall, along with the family it has given her that has endlessly supported her and loved her along the way.

Kassidy Vial
VP: MEMBER EDUCATION
Kassidy is our vp: member education and is in charge of the new member process, initiation, rituals, and scholarship within the chapter. She is an Animal Science major with a concentration in pre-veterinary sciences and a minor in biology. Kassidy is from Seattle, Washington and in her free time she likes to hike, ski, crochet, and cook. Her favorite thing about DG is all the amazing friends she has made through the sorority,
especially her family!

Abbie Brown
VP: MEMBERSHIP
Abbie is our vp: membership, running all of our formal and informal recruitment events in order to gain new members for our chapter. She is an Animal Science major as well as serving as the CAFES Ambassador President and Sheep/Goat Barn Manager for Western Bonanza. In her free time, she likes to go to the beach, go on hikes, or try new coffee shops with friends. Abbie’s favorite thing about DG is the amazing leadership opportunities and connections she has been able to build upon as well as the irreplaceable friendships
she has made!

Alex Borja
VP: PANHELLENIC
Alex is our vp: Panhellenic, serving as our chapter’s Panhellenic delegate and acting as the voice for the chapter on all Panhellenic matters. She is a fourth year Architectural Engineering major with a minor in Architecture. She loves running, reading, and spending time with her friends and DG family in her free time. Alex’s favorite thing about DG is the the supportive environment within the chapter and the lifelong friendships made along the way!

Ellie Simon
VP: FOUNDATION
Ellie is our vp: Foundation, which allows her to be the direct connection between our chapter and the Delta Gamma Foundation nationally. She oversees our philanthropy and service work through planning fundraising, education, and community involvement, as well as our annual philanthropy events such as Anchor Splash and Dodge for Dogs. Ellie is a Nutrition major, with a double concentration in Applied Nutrition and Nutrition Science, and is also completing a minor in Dance. Outside of school, she also works for a local nonprofit. In her free time, she loves hiking, going to the beach, and cooking dinner with her big. Ellie’s favorite thing about DG is meeting the kind of women she can turn to for anything, knowing they will be in her life forever.
